VAJRAHOST TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials and activity performed through your account.

2. Hosting Resources

Specifications, locations, features and billing depend on the plan purchased. Allocated CPU, RAM, storage, network and other resources must be used within the limits of the service.

3. Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for unlawful activity, malware, phishing, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized attacks, botnets, deliberate network disruption, abusive scanning or activity intended to harm VajraHost, customers or third parties.

4. Minecraft & Third-Party Software

You are responsible for plugins, mods, modpacks, server software and other third-party content you install. Third-party licenses and platform rules remain applicable. VajraHost is not the owner of Minecraft or unrelated third-party software.

5. Payments

Services must be paid according to the selected billing model. Failure to pay may result in suspension or expiration. Usage-based services may continue consuming available balance while running until stopped, suspended or exhausted.

6. Backups

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important server data. Even where backup features are provided, they should not be treated as the only copy of critical worlds, configurations or databases.

7. Security & DDoS Protection

Security and DDoS mitigation features reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every attack, outage, exploit or loss will be prevented. Customers must also keep software and credentials secure.

8. Suspension & Termination

VajraHost may restrict, suspend or terminate services where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, abuse, excessive harmful activity, legal requirements or serious violations of these terms.

9. Availability

Reliable hosting is the goal, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream issues, attacks, hardware/software failures and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

10. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers remain responsible for server configuration, content and independent backups. Third-party software and unauthorized credential use may create risks outside VajraHost's control.
